Disassembly and assembly

1. If the impeller is replaced or inspected, the outlet valve can be closed, the flange connecting bolt and the bottom connecting bolt can be removed, and the pump can be lifted out of the container with lifting tools.

2. Place the bottom plate vertically on the fixed support, remove all the bolts of the pump body, take out the pump cover and impeller nut, and gently tap the pump body with double hammer to remove the impeller.

3. If the flow bearing is replaced, the bottom plate will not move. As long as the motor and the corresponding bracket are removed, the pump coupling, gland and round nut are removed, and the shaft sleeve body is taken.
